Large beach village, rents charming house of 90 m2, brand new, on a plot of 500 m2. It is oriented east/west and has its own secure swimming pool with a roller shutter. It consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, 2 walk-in showers, 2 toilets and a warm living room with a view of the pool and the beautifully wooded garden. A very well equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room as well as the wooden terrace of 60 m2.
This very pleasant house to live in, is located 5 minutes by bike from the large beach of Vertbois, and 10 minutes walk from a wood where you can walk and do your jogging. Shops 1 minute away by bike. Many cycle paths allow you to move around for your activities and feel really on holiday.
This house furnished with taste and refinement also offers many cupboards and 2 parking spaces. Electric gate and fenced garden are a security for your young children or pets. A very nice haven of peace for your summer holidays.

Das Haus von Olivier ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr komfortabel, stilvoll und dennoch gemütlich.Caroline hat uns herzlich willkommen, alles gezeigt. Danke! Wir haben mit 5 Personen lediglich eine Garderobe vermisst - aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen durften.

Séjour exceptionnel sur l’île d’Oléron ! La maison est splendide, décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L’accueil chaleureux et attentionné a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La piscine, impeccablement entretenue, est idéale pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Un lieu d’exception où tout est réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
