Calme et simplicité

Charme de la campagne bretonne conjugué à une relative proximité de la mer et de pointes superbes. Très bon accueil.

A la limite du louable.

Commençons par le positif : un très bon accueil de la dame qui s'occupe de cette location, elle est très gentille et on comprend bien qu'elle fait ce qu'elle peut ... Lave vaisselle et lave linge neufs. Jardin et aspect extérieur sympas. Sinon le reste : le portail ne s'ouvre que si on porte les vantaux et ne ferme pas complètement. Terrain non clos, attention pour les chiens. Pas de bain de soleil (une "vieille" chilienne et un "vieux" fauteuil relax) Salon séjour : lino et non carrelage mobilier et déco hétéroclites et vieillots. Canapé et fauteuil hors d'âge dans lesquels on s'enfonce. TV ancienne qui s'allume avec une multi prise. Son fluctuant qui disparaît parfois, ce qui oblige à tout redémarrer. Cheminée qui apparemment ne fonctionne pas (planche bouchant le conduit) Pas de placard pour l'épicerie sèche Un placard à vaisselle avec le strict minimum et où tout est dépareillé ou cassé. Même un pot de yahourts en verre au milieu des verres ... ?? Table basse imitation laque chinoise fendue. Installation electrique certainement pas aux normes (dominos à nus, poires obsolètes, 1 lampe ne fonctionne pas). Micro ondes non nettoyé et rouillé là où la porte doit être étanche et frigo hors d'âge où seul le freezer fonctionnait (ces deux appareils ont été changés à notre demande et la dame a été très réactive). Toile cirée table cuisine très usée Poubelle de sdb en guise de poubelle de cuisine. Rideaux cachant l'arrière du frigo et du micro ondes accrochés avec des pinces à linge. Multi prise ne permettant pas de brancher le mini four ET le micro onde ... il faut choisir. Cuisinière dont le four ne doit pas être utilisé (effondré) et dangereux si mauvaise utilisation. Salle de bains : rideau de douche trop long et donc replié avec des pinces à linge.. et tringle à mi hauteur. Pas de tapis de douche anti glissade. Lavabo sans mélangeur et un robinet sur 2 changé. Bidet apparemment considéré comme un wc puisqu'un balai wc a été placé à côté. Rangements ok sauf un tiroir déjà occupé Chambre 1 : rideau au crochets trop long en guise de porte de placard. Matelas ok Alèse bruyante Drap de dessus fourni pas à la taille d'un 140 Chambre 2 : porte découpée à la forme de la soupente sans finition. Pas de placard Papiers peints depareillés dans chaque chambre. Plafonds avec tapisserie décollée Pas d'état des lieux ni a l'entrée ni à la sortie. Charges payées sans quittance remise. Voilà voilà ... bon courage !

Propreté douteuse , réseau électrique défectueux , sanitaires difficilement accessibles .......

un lieu très bien situé ...sauf le gite en lui même ... usagé et minimaliste en terme d'équipement ; propreté douteuse , poils de chiens sur les tapis , angles de pièces , sous l'escalier, au coin du frigo non nettoyés ainsi que la salle de bain (ne pas tirer le petit meuble ...) réseau électrique défectueux : rallonges qui courent dans le séjour , dans la chambre pour avoir de la lumière , Multi prise à la cuisine pour 2 (frigo et micro onde ) pour le four il faut débrancher sanitaire : la baignoire sabot est située sous la sous pente du toit on ne peut se tenir debout ..le rideau de douche tient avec des épingles a linge a mi hauteur ... l'eau est brûlante à la sortie du robinet équipement minimaliste : 2 poêles qui accrochent dont une qui a le manche qui ploie ..un petit ramequin pour le four , un plat a tarte ,2 verres corrects , une ménagère en plastique , aucun couteau ne coupe le pain !!! et la logeuse nous demande d'acheter ce qui manque ... ampoules grillées .. la poubelle n'est pas aux normes et n'est pas relevée par les services municipaux .. le jardin n'est pas entretenu et attention la logeuse au delà de payer Electricité consommée comme précisé dans le contrat demande un dédommagement pour le gaz et l'eau REFUSEZ de payer ! dommage que ce type de "produit" soit loué dans ces conditions pour notamment des familles avec des enfants cela est dangereux (sans parler du barbecue minimaliste et bancal) et pour des personnes plus âgées les sanitaires carrément inaccessibles; le mode rustique est surtout une accroche commerciale qui recouvre ici le sentiment de s’être fait avoir ... A ne surtout pas recommander ..
