The property was nice and a good location for my trips purpose. However, I did not like that there were no items available for personal use such as personal hygiene or cleaning items. Also, I did not like that the receptionist announced my charges out loud but did not do that to the four customers in front of me during my check in.

Not Happy: No Breakfast, Broken Gym, Bad Key Cards

The “grab-and-go breakfast” consisted of snack foods and describing it as breakfast is really false advertising. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of breakfast food choices, especially since we picked this location over others that offer breakfast. The key cards to our room were deactivated several times during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. We had to visit the desk several times after going upstairs to a room where the keycards didn’t work. This happened at least four times during our three night stay. The gym, another reason we picked this facility, had two treadmills and neither were operable. They were both “out of order” and appear to have been out of order for quite some time. The amenities promised were lacking and it was a disappointing experience overall.

Our room was nasty, and not cleaned properly, not sanitized properly. The people directly above our room were extremely noisy and disrespectful to other guests well past midnight.

As soon as I entered the room, I was smacked in the face by a strong odor of mold emanating from the rug. I also had the honor of being greeted by roaches on the wall and floor. That made me curious 🤔 to see if someone actually cleaned, so I started my on inspection. I found another roach and cobwebs behind the dresser adjacent to the room entrance, pooh pooh in the toilet, a broken fake finger nail on the floor and an elastic hair band under cobwebs behind the dresser that's next to the window. I MacGyvered together my own roach trap and caught 2 more roaches in the morning. I killed 5 roaches in total, luckily I didn't see anymore during my last 24 hours in that room. The toilet flush was very weak and could barely flush down toilet paper. The staff was friendly for me, I give them 5 stars. Everything is "out of order" in their gym, what a joke. I overheard someone complaining about having no electricity on one side of her room and another person arguing about not being check in because the hotel system was down for audit purposes. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. But the surrounding area is excellent, a park across the street, shopping and dinning in a walking distance. 5 star for location

The staff upon arrival had a sign that stated they were helping another guest and to dial 0 from the desk phone. When it was dialed you could hear the phone ringing and the front dest person would come from an office right by the main window area. This was out every time i went past. There were no items in the room that you would expect for an extended stay hotel. Plates, coffee maker, utensils, anything. All had to be requested. The first coffee maker I got didn't work , waited 20 min at the front desk to get another and they didn't even give the initial start of coffee or tea like almost every hotel. The vending machine didn't work. There was trash behind the furniture and along side of it. The breakfast was granola bars in a basket by the check in. There was no juice, water, ect. The one blanket even had stains on it and they had no type of blinds on the bottom floor windows that looked right out into the parking lot. Just thin curtains that blew open for the whole parking lot to see inside your room. It was tolerated for the one night I was there as I was only there to sleep and did so in the chair, but if i would have been staying longer I would have went somewhere else.

We stayed here in between housing (rental was up waiting on loan closure to buy) it was nice having the kitchenette the staff was nice it was not crazy loud or anything, it was clean around the property. I would recommend it.
