Seriously run down. No vent of any kind in the bathroom so it fogs immediately and continually smells of mildew. Carpet is filthy- walking on it, in ten minutes your socks are brown. Hotel has 3 floors but no elevator. Was given a room on the 3rd floor, but declined. Was given a room on the first floor. Lots of full time residents it seems.
