Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Crestview, FL
"I came to Crestview for a 2 night stay to visit family. It was stressful. I picked this place because it is close to my mother's home. The property itself looked clean and kept. No issues with cleanliness. The bed was cozy. Room a good size. My issue is they had issue with water and turned it off in the morning mid way thru my shower. Covered in soap and shampoo I called the desk and was told try again in ten minutes. It was 20 minutes later the water started up so I got back in the shower and within 2 minutes the water was turned off again. It ended up being a 2 hour ordeal with the shower. I missed half the day with my mother i would not have showered if I knew the water was going to be turned off. No warning. I am mostly upset because i wasn't offered any sort of compensate. My aunt went to complain for me because she was so upset that I missed half a day with the family. I would not stay here again.
