Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and it was once again, great. Peaceful location and the home itself has everything we needed and more. If you are looking for an incredible view, peace and quiet (except for ocean waves), and a beautiful home, this is it.

The pictures didn't due the view justice. The lanais were fabulous and very comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the setting was very quiet. The perfect get away from the crowds.

Amazing place to enjoy and relax

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is amazing to relax, unwind and enjoy unmatched views of the ocean.

Property was just as described - a great Oasis on the East side of the Big Island - we used this as a base of operations for all of out visits on the east side of the Island - 5 stars!

10-Star Stay in Laupāhoehoe!We spent 4 wonderful nights at this amazing waterfront condo in Laupāhoehoe near Hilo, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is breathtaking—right on the ocean with beautiful views and the most peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We loved sitting on the lanai listening to the waves, and we were even lucky enough to spot whales passing by!The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal for exploring the Hilo side of the Big Island, with easy access to waterfalls, scenic drives, and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.The hosts were fantastic, communication was easy, and check-in was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. This one deserves more than 10 stars—highly recommend!

Perfect home for 3 couples as each have a bedroom and private bath. There was a great 6 seat indoor table as well as outdoor table that comfortably accommodated our meals together. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, etc you need to cook full meals. The grill outside worked well for us as well. The only thing missing was there were only 5 drink glasses, so one person didn’t get a glass. The views were very nice. The bathrooms were clean and had a new feel to them with the tile work and vanities. The towels and bed linens were great. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning. All bedrooms had televisions as well as a large tv in the den. We even used the full size washer and dryer. They also had 2 ice chests available with several frozen ice packs in the freezer to use. The driveway accommodates 2 cars only and there is no street parking.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Bluff. The house was very clean and super comfortable. The views are amazing and both decks are great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on this side of the island.

Beautiful location with amazing views

Stayed here for a family vacation. House was very spacious for a group of 6. Property had amazing view of the ocean and very lovely yard. Highly recommend to book this house, will not be disappointed.

The view is as amazing as the photos! Probably the best VRBO that we’ve stayed in…would love to stay there again! Note: it is a 1-1/2 hr drive to Kona…we didn’t care.

Excellent stay at Paradise Bluff

We stayed for 5 nights. The house is lovely, clean, very well equipped. There are thoughtful additions like coolers and ice packs, beach towels, aloe for sunburn! The location is quiet and furnished tastefully, beds also v comfortable. We loved driving all over and seeing the island. If you don’t like driving a lot there isn’t much activity in the immediate neighborhood.

Wonderful home. The view from the back deck was incredible. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.
