The rooms themselves were great, with no real complaints (besides a few ants). The area outside was a bit noisy, but that was more culture shock (and not something they can control anyway). When I asked for a quieter room, they were more then happy to accommodate quickly.

The Jacuzzi was as good as advertised. Linen didn't smell quite right, but the staff was very accommodating and got us new linen right away. There is an ant problem there, but investing in ant traps could resolve that issue in three days.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was fast and smooth as well as check out. My only wish is that there were bath rugs next to shower/tub so not so slippery.

Not a bad place

No blanket in room. Water pressure was low. Not very hot water. Was very big and nice. Front desk was very friendly. No broom or rugs near showers and tubs and very slippery getting in and out plus could use a few more towels and wash cloths. I actually enjoyed my stay here and most likely will return.

Their "special instructions" are not followable, for example: * Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM * Check-in time ends at anytime So arrive at 3:05pm and you're out on the street? Then, "contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival", even though Expedia accepted the booking (and charged me) 4 hours before. No timely clarity from host/hotel, so I had to book elsewhere. If this isn't an intentional scam it's so badly executed you should avoid at all costs.

I’ve stayed here twice , loved it both times. So clean and well kept . The renovated rooms are so unique and adorable . Walking distance to fast food or the mall, would definitely stay here next time in Cebu .
