The people that worked at the front desk were friendly and helpful, but the hotel seemed short staffed. We were there for 5 nights. We found out when we returned to our room for the first time that the only thing that housekeeping did to our room was empty the trash and replenish our towels. We could live without them making the bed, but I expected them to replenish the drinking cups, coffee and toilet paper. The front desk workers said to come down and get anything we need from them, as all housekeeping does is empty the trash and restock towels. It would have been nice if there had been a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper under the sink. One day they did not come to our room at all. On the weekend there was an attendant in the dining area to replenish the breakfast food. He sat where the guests could find him but was on his phone until someone asked for something to be refilled. On Saturday morning, I asked him to refill the waffle batter as the dispenser was empty. He did that right away but did not clean up the tray in the front of the machine where the napkins were soaked with waffle batter. While my waffles were cooking, I clean up that area and also discarded the empty cups that were on the counter. On Sunday when I asked him to change out the waffle batter, I suggested that he should clean the area in front of the machine as well. We were also out of napkins and had to go into the lobby to get napkins. This employee needs to be trained on customer service.

Was allowed to early check in, property checked all important boxes, clean, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, good location. Would return, excellent value for the price.

The property looks like they attempted to update the rooms but it wasn't great quality. Hallways are outdated and smelly. The elevator was a dinosaur and terrifying to ride in. Everyone was nice. You get what you pay for. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night it is fine.

I requested a room for 4 people and when we got there, in stead of having everything prepared, they handed us the blankets for the sofa bed with no pillow. They did give us “a” pillow later that night because we were around. It made me questioned a lot of things. The breakfast on Monday was not even prepared at 6 and the previous the prepared eggs were more water than anything.

Property is a bit older. When you walk in it has a musty smell. We stayed on 3rd floor and the hall was quiet and did not smell. The room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was nice and breakfast was okay. We only stayed one night. Staff was helpful and nice.

We were very disappointed that the hotel did not make our beds. What's the point of going to a hotel if we have to make our own beds!! What made it worse was that I checked with the front desk clerk in the morning before we left for our sight seeing and specifically asked if they make the beds and she said "yes". When we came back later in the afternoon, no made beds! I asked the same clerk about why the beds had not been made, her response was "because we are fully booked." Not a good excuse! The manager offered to sent someone up to make the beds but by that time it was too late! Very disappointing. And if this is an ongoing trend in the hotel industry, its very sad.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was larger than we expected. There was an extra blanket which I used since I was next to the a/c. The person at the front desk provided quick information about places to eat (we arrived relatively late in the evening). Our only complaint was that elevator maintenance work was conducted 30 minutes before checkout and there was a crowd having to use the stairs, but this did not last long. We would stay here again if we came back to Lancaster.

AC leaking all over the floor. The hotel response was to give me a couple towels to put under the unit. There was no apology for this inconvenience. The leak drenched the towels and I had to get more from the front desk. The staff did not come to get the soaking wet towels. I was given a garbage bag to do it myself. A hotel guest was sleeping on a bench outside my door and later another guest held an hours long business meeting on the same bench.

The Inn & Suites were very clean. We had a suite and it was spacious. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The only negative I have regarding our stay is the smell outside, there are chicken barns down the road from the Inn. Certain times of the day, the smell was really strong. I did not notice the smell inside the Inn. There’s nothing the Inn can do about the smell outdoors, it’s just a con of staying in a rural area.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is understandable dust/dirt in places. However, our room which seemed to be one that has undergone renovations still had dust and construction remnants all over, the new dressers didn’t have the handles put on the drawers yet (they were sitting inside the drawers), our A/C unit kept leaking leaving literal puddles of water all over on the floor and the fix we were given was to put more towels on the floor. One of the tv’s in our room didn’t work, there were empty High Noon cans in one of the cabinets and when we opened the sofa bed there was a pair of men’s underwear on the floor underneath. I would suggest paying the extra money and staying somewhere else.

Will not be returning! This property was under renovation and that wasn’t mentioned in the listing where I booked! I cannot get a refund so I had to stay my entire week. I actually left a day early because my daughter was so sick because of the amount of dust in the hotel and she is asthmatic. Not to forget to mention most of the amenities weren’t available like: laundry service, hangers in closet, jacuzzi in room, a/c leaking in room. Poor breakfast with no milk! And I had 3 children with me(11,5,1) the towels at the pool could barely fit my 5 year old and were so thin. Also I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room and they would only fix the unclean bed and take out the trash nothing else! This place was a joke

Property is under renovation and dust was everywhere! That wasn’t mentioned in the listing while booking. And Ofcourse no refund so I had to stay. Also no laundry service, breakfast is so poor and they didn’t have milk the first day (blaming it on 4th of July), the room had a jacuzzi which wasn’t working properly, also the a/c was leaking in the bedroom (they said it’s probably because of the rain!) no hangers in the closet, the amount of things I wasn’t able to use is ridiculous for the amount of money I paid to stay a week!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Suite was spacious. The appliances were a bit old, but functional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upgrades were being done during our stay, but they did not at all interfere. Overall, great value for the money!

We stayed here for one night due to traveling down to Virginia. Very nice property, everything inside was neat, clean. One place we will stay again. Suggestion, put something in the bottom of the tub, for traction, very slippery. Also, put a liner on the inside of shower curtain to keep water inside of shower, No phone in room. Bed very comfortable, Breakfast very good.
