This early 1900's immaculate charming property offers everything you need for a phenomenal stay with cleanliness as a top priority. As you enter this charming studio apartment, you will conveniently already be in it’s large bedroom /living room combination, with hardwood floors, a king size bed, a pull out queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch T.V, and a dining drop leaf table. You’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Amazing Stay

My aunt from Kentucky stayed at this location, and her only complaint was she couldn't just stay there for a few more days. Every detail of this VRBO was "PERFECT" and transported her back in time to a relaxation and peace. Great communication with the owner.

This was a pefect place to stay while exploring the Lancaster area. We walked everywhere we wanted to go downtown. The studio was adorable, clean and ready for us, we felt at home instantly. This place was beautiful and quiet! We loved the decor and appreciated the temperature control. The space has extra pillows and blankets which just added to the coziness. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was just a short walk away from multiple eating places and shops. Gina was very kind and quick to reply! Would highly recommend!

A day away

My hubby and I have had some stressful news and situations in the past 3 months and just needed a day away. Thank you for the lovely stay. Unfortunately the cold weather made it too cold and snowy for us to walk around but we had a great time anyway. The studio was everything we needed. The only drawback would be if someone is unable to climb a flight of stairs but even that was fine for most I would say. The owners were always quick to respond and answer questions. They also made wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Hopefully be back soon.

Quick weekend family visit

What a cozy, quaint property! As soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you stepped into a charming home-away-from home. Beautifully decorated and so many personal details make you feel like the host knows exactly what you’d like to have for your get away. Snacks, drinks, a cute coffee bar, and so many toiletries available for your use. The host was very kind and you can tell she wants each guest to feel comfortable and at home. Super clean! Will definitely stay again. I felt very safe parking in the well lit lot directly behind the property, as well as two security code entries to my rental. This was important to me as I was traveling alone. Loved having a Bible to use on the nightstand as I did not have room to bring mine. .3 mile walk to Historic downtown Lancaster coffee shops, bakery, and restaurants. Enjoyed the walk and food. I was a little sad to leave! Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Perfect weekend getaway.

Perfect location for visiting downtown. Not too far from Columbus if you want to drive that way. Buildings were older colonial style which looked nice. Plenty of parks to choose from. Alot within walking distance. Would recommend,Alert house 1890. Was glad I could enjoy Netflix before bed. I will be coming back for sure since there was plenty more to do.

Great stay

This is a very nice studio to stay with so many things to do all around for every age. Very safe area. I wasn't sure with being upstairs from a business but we were out during the business hours then come back to our room with no one around us. Total privacy! Gina is a great host! I have stayed in a few VRBO's but I have to say Gina is the best host and really cares about your stay! We hope to be back in the spring
