all of theabove. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, the place was totally decorated in holiday theme. The breakfast was wonderful, and everyone had a marvelous time. Oh and the pool and hot tub were great too. I would highly recommend it.

Amenities were great Nice inclusive full breakfast, nice coffee bar set up during day and nice pool! All in all a great visit and proximity to Santa Village was great Sink Drain in room was very slow to drain and microwave in lobby was very very slow to reheat food But in all fairness these were pretty minor and I didn’t say anything to management Nice that room also had fridge Beds were surprisingly comfortable too! Heat in room worked very well They have luggage carts which were a great help too.

Full window sill blackout curtains would be a huge improvement to the sleeping situation. My husband said the bed was a bit stiff for him, but it didnt bother me too much. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was a great, average hotel breakfast. Definitely not a fancy hotel, but we enjoy the convenience of its location when we visit Santa's Village.

Rooms need updating. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The workout room was outstanding. Main lobby was nice and breakfast was decent.

Lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was friendly. When we entered the room it smelled clean. Bathroom was cleaner than average which was very nice. Sheets were nice and clean. The carpet did have a couple dead ladybugs and a dead fly plus some crumbs. A few crumbs were in the lounge chair. Vacuuming could have been a little better. Overall happy with the room. Game room was a nice bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice options, although pool room was a little dated. Overall a nice experience I would recommend to others and I would stay here again. Conveniently located near Santa's Village. We stayed in the main building, I have read other reviews that stated to make sure you ask to stay in the main building. There are also detached rooms across the street. I believe you can also request a mountainview room. Coffee was good! We left before breakfast so I can't comment on that.
