My biggest concern was the cost. For a very small room, $184.00 is too much. Shower was a little dirty. Otherwise, the room was clean. It was confusing to turn on the heat and there were no instructions. Breakfast was fairly meh. Coffee was flat-out terrible. Again, had the cost been reasonable, I might not have some of these complaints.

Ok, for one night, there is a better one close by.

The check in/check out was quick and easy. The clerk was pleasant. There were very few breakfast options, which was disappointing. There were two types of cereal, a small bin of munchkins/donut holes and a few mini muffins. There was 1 type of coffee, tea, cocoa. There were 2 vending machines one for soda and one for snacks. The soda machine was out of order and there were very few snacks in a large size vending machine. The beds were small and quite uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and useless. The rooms are very small. The a/c unit didn't stay on all night like it was set up to do. I gave up, no one at front desk after 10:00p.m.The end cost was $10.00 more than quoted on date of booking as well. I will more than likely NOT stay here again. I stayed at a different hotel on my last two visits to Lancaster and it was much nicer and just down the street from this hotel. I will go back to that hotel, not this one. Prices are comparable and no surprise extra fee at that hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks (Scorpio's was great). Breakfast here is pretty minimal, but they do say it's a continental breakfast, & you can get a standard meal just across the street. Grocery store right next door & gas stations are nearby.

Room seemed clean except the vent fan in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Eving staff was friendly and pleasant. Morning staff was not friendly at all and was rude when we asked for food to be replenished at the breakfast bar. Continental breakfast was sparse to start. Charge of $80 for one pet was ridiculous. Poor value for the money.

I was doing a late arrival and called to ask if someone would be there and was told yes. I was driving and about 15 minutes away to find out when I was arriving as they closed at 10. I told them I was 10-15 minutes away and they waited. Very friendly and super helpful

I didn’t realize if you stay more than one day they do not come and clean room. I had to go to front desk to ask for more toilet paper. I believe the owners checked us in and were very pleasant. However, today when we went to check out the lady behind the desk was eating her breakfast and she was aggravated because we disrupted her to give her our key.

Room was dirty sheets was covered in hair shower wasn't cleaned toilet moved and wasnt attached to the floor ,was a stay for two adults and had only one set of towels. Ac didnt even work even with the typed out instructions. Was staying one night for the fair definitely dont wanna stay here again. Went to check in my key with my last name was left on the counter and said to check in the next morning to sign paperwork.
