One night stay with the family

One night stay with the family to do some hiking in the area. While the Exterior is a bit dated, the inside was nice and clean. I think this is credit to the staff for not letting an old building be an excuse for poor cleanliness. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot breakfast was basic but good food. Well worth the price

We arrived late and the staff did an excellent job of getting us to our room. However, the desk clerk forgot to return my driver's license which I did not discover until several days later. I'm still waiting for Wyndham to mail me my license.

I love the Baymont in Lancaster. I've been going there for years. When my kids were little I would take them twice a month on the weekends and stay with them so we can have a vacation away from home. I love the fact that it's clean, safe, has breakfast, and swimming. We always have a great time when we stay.

I stayed for 5 nights as I was out of town for work. It was pretty quiet and in a convenient location. The area felt pretty safe and I felt safe. Everything except the bathroom vent worked which wasn't a big deal. It could use a bigger fridge/freezer and better microwave but did the job. Overall, I'd stay again if I was in the area.

From what we could find, there are no elevators which made hauling luggage for our while family up the stairs inconvenient. Right of the bat you could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallways, despite their no smoking policy. The smell crept into our room and to make it worse the room smelled like raw sewage. I made a trip to the store to get air freshener just so my family could tolerate the stench. The areas outside around the hotel area very poorly lit and I was not sure how safe it was. The beds themselves were fine, but we didn't stick around for breakfast.
