Pool heated to 25 °, fenced and secure for children. Sun loungers, cushions and parasols. Shelter with barbecue.
Local shops nearby: bakery, grocery, fruit and vegetables, deli and butcher's shop, all with local products. Bar-restaurant with family kitchen.
The house is located 6kms from CAHORS (20. 000 hab.) With the amenities of the city. Breweries, small restaurants in the historic old town and its medieval vestiges. You will enjoy strolling in this modern city proud of its past: the house of Henri IV, the Valentré bridge and its unique towers.
Many excursions are possible on small distances: St Cirq Lapopie (elected more beautiful village of France), the extraordinary site of Rocamadour and its magnificent basilica, the abyss of Padirac, the caves of Pech-Merle, the Causse of Gramat and its wild nature.

nous avons passé une semaine bien sympathique dans votre maison !
A notre arrivée, vous nous avez réservé un bon accueil, la maison est comme indiquée sur les photos de votre annonce.
Le lendemain de notre arrivée, l'eau de la piscine était très trouble, un appel téléphonique a suffit pour que vous demandiez à Guy, votre ami, de passer pour régler le problème. Merci à Guy pour sa disponibilité et ses passages pour rendre l'eau belle et transparente, dès le surlendemain ! Merci Benoît pour votre réactivité !
Il nous manquait un ventilateur pour les nuits chaudes, nous aurions dû vous le signaler pour que vous en sortiez un ou deux !!
Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans une très belle région !! Merci !!

Maison mal entretenue
2 sdb sans bonde ni aux lavabos ni aux baignoires ( ça on ne risquait pas de prendre de bains !!) douche dans la baignoire qui fuyait etc…
Cuisine tres moyenne en terme d’équipement.
Literie des chambres : bien.
Volets de la chambre du bas en triste état et sans clanche pour fermer que le propriétaire
est venu réparé suite à ma demande
Maison tres décevante et pour couronner le tout : 3 jours de pluie et d’intempéries.
Nous n’avons donc pu profiter de la piscine et des aménagements extérieurs beaucoup plus agréables que l’intérieur

Repos aux environs de Cahors
Nous avons 15 jours à Lamagdelaine. Maison atypique au grand calme. Espace piscine et terrasse parfait. Accueil sympa de Benoît. Superette à 500 mètres très fournis et accueil sympathique. Nous recommandons cette mocation

Séjour très agréable
Piscine très agréable et bien isolée de l entourage. Maison fraîche malgré la forte chaleur du moment. Literies impeccables. Espace terrasse pour manger bien ombragé, terrain pour notre chien. Hôtes très accueillants et sympas. Petites réserves sur la vaisselle pas toujours très propre du fait d un filtre de lave vaisselle assez encrassé mais problème qui s est réglé rapidement...pour le reste nous recommandons cette location

Maison correcte.
Maison spacieuse et au calme, très belle piscine, plusieurs salons agréables , bien placé pour faire les activités sur le Lot et pour aller à Cahors. Points négatifs: literie pas terrible ( 2 mauvais matelas l'un sur l'autre ne fais pas un bon matelas), la moitié des ampoules ne fonctionne pas ou bien ne sont pas présente,

Conforme aux attentes
Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. La maison est conforme aux photos. Très très agréable et fraîche. Différents espaces de vie (véranda, terrasse arrière, terrasse avant, etc). L’espace piscine est bien équipé. Merci pour ce super séjour!

Un bon séjour mais…
Les plus: emplacement, agencement de la maison, terrasse couverte, piscine, espace buanderie
Les moins: ménage qui laissait à désirer (filtre moisi dans la cafetière, micro onde que nous avons du renettoyer, plancha nettoyée sur place par le propriétaire etc…), maison très sombre (appréciable quand il fait très chaud ce qui n’était pas notre cas!), extérieurs à repeindre, coussins extérieurs complètement tachés, barbecue mentionné dans l’annonce mais que nous n’avons pas le droit d’utiliser, machinerie très bruyante près de l’une des chambres

Accueil déplorable, ménage et protection covid non respectées
Dès la remise des clés,le propriétaire nous réclame brutalement un chèque depour couvrir les frais de nettoyage liés aux covid.......alors que nous venions de constater que celui ci avait été mal fait.....ou pas fait ......... présence de poussière , vaisselle sale et mauvais accueil
