The Property looked new and located right in downtown. The actual building was very noisy as you could hear every sound coming from the rooms next door, up above and in the streets. The breakfast was a joke! it was 2 different breakfast sandwiches wrapped in aluminum foil which anyone knows will make them soggy along with some basic continental items. It was located in the bar that only had 1 dining table with 6 chairs, so it was time to get to know your neighbors. We took 1 bite and decided to go out for breakfast. Not what I expected!

Winter Wonderland!

Hotel staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to requests. Breakfast service at Marcy's was wonderful! Convient location for accessing the town. Only real negative was the parking. You need to more clearly communicate upfront the Valet parking is $22 per day and is the only realistic option while staying at your Hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and just fine, however we had to hear snoring all night and noise from the room above, so the rooms are not soundproof in any way. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is something you should definitely avoid.

We stayed one night at the Grand Adirondack Hotel. The rooms were lovely and the bed was perfect. This hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be located about in the center of Main Street. Walk either way and you have dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Perhaps it was just the busy time of year, but I wasn’t very pleased with my visit. I was charged a double security fee and no one could explain where the second charge came from. The door gave us trouble shutting and then locking. It would lock before we could get the door closed. The TV kept disconnecting and we eventually took it upon ourselves to connect the wires properly and it improved. Finally, there was at least one employee of the restaurant that lacked communication skills and reliable wait times.

The valet parking situation is poor..had to wait 45 min to get our vehicle at dinner time. Waited in line to be seated at breakfast for over 1/2 hr, finally went somewhere else for breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful and location is perfect!!

Renovation of the hotel was sensational. Rooms narrow but very nice. Bathroom was large and shower head pressure was great. Only issue I had was lack of parking if arriving late. Overnight parking nearby but $24.00 to park for the day before night parking starts at 8pm to 8am. Valet parking available however behind the hotel and three vehicles deep if you can find an opening.

My only complaint was that the self-parking for disabled persons was a few blocks down the street. Not helpful. We ended up taking the valet option. Front desk staff were excellent and very helpful.
