Welcome to our Home! We are centrally located in Lake Havasu, we are very close to everything.
It is a 3 Bed 2 Bath that sleep up to 8 people. Less Than 10 Minutes from everything. Very close to Boat rentals, UTV rentals, breweries, restaurants. When you’re not on the water or the desert you can cool off in the pool, relax your self with a hot tub with 35 Jets or enjoy the sunset with a perfect view of the lake.

Gazebo with lounge area is the best during sunset or anytime during the day. Very peaceful and relaxing.

This is a corner lot so there is a lot of street parking available, as well as a large driveway that can accommodate large vehicles.

You can reach out to me 24/7 I am available whenever you are on the property. There is cleaning available during your stay for an additional fee if needed. Should something need to be fixed or you experience any inconvenience please reach out to me. Pool guy comes every Monday he has a key to the back gate please do not be alarmed.

Pros: The home is in a great location. Easy to get to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. House was clean. Semi-private backyard/pool. Hot tub was clean. Cons: The house came with 3 bath towels. 2 wash clothes. No coffee mugs!!!! Luckily we found 3 styrofoam coffee cups in a cupboard to use. Outdoor furniture was falling apart and ripped.
