The service was great. When I first pulled up, the upkeep was terrible on the outside. People were hanging out outside the rooms when I entered the hotel room. It looked nice at first, but then I saw that the towels were very dirty and the sheets. also I had to go to the office and have them to change the linen.

Nice inexpensive overnight stay

Really inexpensive with a nice room, all except the smoke smell in a supposedly non-smoking room. After a while you get used to it, but it was annoying to walk into. The room, itself was quite nice, as was the check in lady, and it was an easy walk to the Waffle House for breakfast. Would we stay here again? If I wanted to save money and have a nice room, yes. If I wanted to avoid the smoke smell, no.

Very nice place to stay in Lake City. The people are great including the owner who always seems to be working. This property was recently renovated and great. The location has several restaurants in walking distance. On one side is Chipotle and on the other side is Waffle House. Across the street there are several good restaurants. Great location.

Very nice room, great price and really good value. The property around the rooms is OK, but not very clean and close to a road that busy and at times a bit noisy. I would stay again as a good overnight stay. Plenty or restaurants around the area. Just off I-75.

The room itself was cozy,, kinda had a weird food smell throughout the stay. I wasn’t a big fan of that. And also outside around their facility was pretty trashy and not kept up with… definitely an eye sore. But over all a room is a room and i was only sleeping there.
