The house accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with queen-size 160 cm beds), a master suite on the ground floor, a bright living room opening onto the terrace with loungers, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Outdoors, unwind by the tiled Bali-style pool, soak in the 4-person jacuzzi, or enjoy the petanque court, Breton palet, ping-pong table, swing, punching bag, board games, and summer access to the organic vegetable garden.



The large, tree-lined garden and terrace are perfect for long evenings in a peaceful, secure setting with barbecue, plancha, and beer tap.



Ideally located to explore all of Brittany: within an hour, reach the beaches of the Emerald Coast from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the legendary Brocéliande forest, or the famous Mont-Saint-Michel.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only guests listed in the contract may access the property.



Washing machine available only for stays over 5 nights. Stays not permitted for children under 6. No pets. Cleaning service available for an extra fee or return the house as clean as on arrival (inside and out). Any damage must be reported and may incur charges.
