Nice hotel, but cleanliness could be improved and breakfast was not to my liking. Would prefer potatoes to biscuits and gravy, and would prefer bacon to sausage. Maybe a nice fresh fruit salad. Scrambled eggs were watery. Nice variety, though.

Tried to refund my room almost 3 weeks in advance due to a family emergency. Place was a hard no on policy refunds. I live in Georgia, I asked if I could have someone check in the room for me (family member) there policy is that I had to be present. Would love to hear back from someone. I’m not sure if half the Americans out there have 600$ to flush down the toilet

We stopped here to avoid bad road conditions during a snow storm. The place was warm and welcoming, nicely decorated, and there was even a crock pot of soup for the guests. Above and beyond service! And while the bed was firmer than I like, my husband loved it, so kudos and huzzahs all around!

Our room smelled like mildew, the TV wouldn't work (but Jess came and fixed that) and our bed was oddly made - the duvet was put on wrong, so we had to re-do the bed topper. But very nice staff and great breakfast.
