Great stay. Nicely appointed hotel, everything was in order and clean. Pool and hot tub were good temperatures, despite the sub zero temperatures outside. Breakfast was great, nice variety and selection. Nice to see the small details like cheese and Picante sauce for the omelets. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tried to refund my room almost 3 weeks in advance due to a family emergency. Place was a hard no on policy refunds. I live in Georgia, I asked if I could have someone check in the room for me (family member) there policy is that I had to be present. Would love to hear back from someone. I’m not sure if half the Americans out there have 600$ to flush down the toilet
