The beach of the Ocean is located approximately 150 metres away, shops are 400 metres away and Lacanau lake is 5 km away.
The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with a sofa and a television. The kitchen area, integrated into the living space, is fully fitted with a sink, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A counter with a stool and a folding table with chairs complete the dining area.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand in ruhiger Lage. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Unterhaltung in der Nähe. Theoretisch versucht man kein Auto, es sei denn für Ausflüge und den Plage Suoer Sud
