Renovated apartment of 39 m² by the ocean with a terrace of 50 m² equipped with sun loungers, located on the ground floor of the residence Les Océanides, with a private and secure parking space.
You have direct access to the beach, surf schools, shops and restaurants in the centre of Lacanau-Océan. Also access the Casino (2 km), the Ardilouse golf course (3km), Lake Lacanau and the Etang du Cousseau (6 km), markets every Wednesday and night markets every Friday on the seafront.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm (with dressing room), opening onto the terrace overlooking the ocean, a living room with its equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a dining area facing the ocean with seating area and sofa bed.
A bathroom with bath, vanity and separate toilet are at your disposal. The west facade is fully glazed (double glazing). Free WIFI. Only one pet accepted with an extra charge of 30 euros.
BED LINEN and TOWELS are NOT PROVIDED. ANCV holiday vouchers accepted.

Die Lage des Appartements ist direkt oben auf der Düne und nur noch durch die Promenade und einen kleinen See (Auffangbecken) vom Meer getrennt, indem mitunter, wenn Wasser enthalten ist, auch mal Frösche quaken können. Uns hat aber nur gestört, dass an den Wochenenden von einer Musikkneipe am Meer direkt laute Musik herüber dröhnt die durchaus auch mal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gehen kann. Ansonsten war das Apartment wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet + Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und jeder Menge Kochutensilien.
