You will find "the blue room" with a 140 cm bed, "the green room" with a 160 cm bed and a television, as well as a third bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, ideal for children. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine, with a separate toilet. A small, practical garage is available for storing your beach gear. Outside, the enclosed, wooded grounds have a barbecue, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There is also parking for two cars on the property, two terraces, and a small veranda.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
