This fully restored house with 2 independent entities is located in a privileged environment. A large terrace overlooking the canal will allow you to savor moments of great tranquility with family or friends. The main house is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, a mezzanine, and the annex part of two bedrooms with bathroom.

A 2-3 seat canoe, a paddle and three bikes are available to fully enjoy the canal, the lake and its surroundings.

Beautiful Place, Tranquil Location

A beautiful and stylishly appointed property in a quiet, green canal side location. The lounge, kitchen and outside terrace were particularly spacious. Everything was supplied from a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave to bikes and a canoe. The owners were obviously and justifiably proud of their creation. Locally there were safe lakeside beaches with picnic areas and an excellent supermarket. A little further and you can easily get to the stylish Arcachon, oyster "shacks" in Teste, magnificent Pyla Dune and the wonderful beaches along the west coast. This is a great place to holiday.

Une très belle maison au bord du canal des Landes ...

Parfaite si vous aimez vivre au fil de l'eau. Le ponton de la maison vous permet de partir directement sur le canal, soit coté base aérienne pour le coté le plus sauvage, soit vers le lac pour finir la balade au lac ou à un des restaurants des plages à proximité. C'est toujours plus sympa d'arriver au resto en canoë (à dispo devant la maison) ou en SUP qu'en voiture :-) Cazaux est bien situé dans la région. A quelques km de la dune du Pilat, on peut aussi rapidement se rendre à Arcachon pour quelques huîtres en terrasse (qui sont ré-ouvertes !) Merci Régine pour l’accueil et ce lieu qui nous a enchanté. A très bientôt.

Superbe maison

Superbe maison bien équipée au bord du canal. Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique coté terrasse avec le canal et la maison typique du bassin est idéalement située à l'entrée de Cazaux. Merci aux hôtes pour l'accueil.

Charmantes Häuschen direkt am Kanal

Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Am Steg liegen zwei Kanus für Bootstouren. Die Dune de Pilat zum Gleitschirmfliegen ist nicht weit entfernt. abends haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche lecker gekocht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.wir

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme et bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable en prime le concerto des oiseaux. Une maison décorée avec goût et avec une hôte attentionnée. Superbe séjour dans une cabane restaurée avec goût

La cabane est idéalement située pour visiter le bassin d’Arcachon. Le logement est spacieux et décoré avec goût dans le style des cabanes du bassin et l’on s’y sent bien. La dépendance avec sa salle de bain est idéale pour des enfants, des ados ou un autre couple et le logement principal est bien équipé. Mention spéciale à la terrasse qui surplombe le canal et aux canoës mis à disposition. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans ce magnifique logement. Tout est superbe : la magnifique terrasse extérieure donnant sur l’eau, l’intérieur très cosy. La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite et elle est de bons conseils pour les choses à faire et les bonnes adresses. Le plus : canoë, paddle et vélos à disposition. L’emplacement est top pour visiter la région. J’espère bien y revenir.

Le coin de paradis

Une très surprenante maison en bois décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle Un petit coin de paradis à 15 / 20 minutes des villes bien connues du bassin La plage du lac vers laquelle on peut se rendre en canoë , paddle par le petit canal très reposant ou en vélo via la piste cyclable à deux pas rend ce petit coin de paradis idéale pour une famille avec enfant ou pour des papis ou mamies Les propriétaires sont de très bon conseils et la dégustation d huître de la cabane 164 en noire et rouge est un endroit très sympathique à la teste de Buch À refaire très vite et pourquoi venir s y installer pour la retraite

Traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Kanal. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr gut. Man hat alles was man braucht. Von den Basics wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine... bis hin zu Kanu, Fahrräder, SUP, Kugelgrill usw. Das gesamte Haus sowie die Terrasse und der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet. Man erkennt, dass die Eigentümer viel liebe in ihrem Haus eingebracht haben. Die Eigentümer sind außerdem unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein tolles Haus für einen sorgenfrein und entspannten Urlaub.

Charmantes Holzhäuschen direkt am Kanal

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll restauriert und eingerichteten Holzhäuschen sehr genossen. Da es zwei Teile hat, kann man gut mit Freunden dort unterkommen. Von der großzügigen Terrasse mit gemütlichen Balkonmöbeln hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal. mit dem Paddelboot kann man bis zum Lac de Cazaux paddeln, wo es verschiedene nette Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Ferienwoche und kommen gern wieder. Dagmar.

Idyllic cabin by the canal

Super find in Cazaux for a scuba diving weekend. Lovely cabin beautifully designed, well thought out for space and plenty of lovely little touches. The teenagers went off exploring in the kayak and I tried out one of the bicycles and headed to the lake. Great welcome from Regine and we appreciated the biscuits and water! Basics in the kitchen like oils, S&P, herbs. Our daughter loved the annexe!! Ideal for a family with older teenagers (15,17). Highly recommended and will tell our friends! We’ll be back!

La maison est bien pensée, très chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et extrêmement bien équipée. Et d'une propreté vraiment irréprochable. Avec de charmantes attentions à l'arrivée et tout ce qu'il faut pour entamer votre séjour avant même d'avoir fait vos courses. Nous avons énormément apprécié cette maison et encore plus les jours de mauvais temps. Le cadre est reposant, la terrasse sur le canal est vraiment agréable. La partie annexe est très pratique avec des adolescents. Et la boulangerie est à 5 minutes à pieds pour les viennoiseries du matin. Bref, je recommande vivement cette location extrêmement bien tenue par une propriétaire charmante. Et je parie que nous y reviendrons !

Parfait !

Nous sommes dans la cabane de Régine et Christophe depuis une semaine. C'est un endroit plein de charme, où chaque détail est soigné au maximum. Le salon avec ses grandes baies vitrées et le porche juste au bord du canal sont un vrai délice. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et charmants. La maison a absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour absolument agréable. La région regorge de beaux endroits à visiter et il y a de nombreux plans amusants à faire avec les plus petits. Nous avons passé des journées vraiment inoubliables!! J'espère que nous pourrons revenir un jour!
