Residence with private pool and tennis (Monday-Saturday) in the immediate vicinity of the marina of Minimes and 500m from the beach.
Apartment 4 people of 40 m² with its terrace of 20 m² facing south (garden furniture and plancha), located on the ground floor, totally renovated in 2018.
Pool open July, August and early September.
Bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. Cupboard with shelves, wardrobe, iron and ironing board.
Open kitchen equipped with microwave / oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine (also dryer), fridge, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine (coffee and tea capsules available), toaster.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin. Separate toilets. Hair dryer.
In the living room, a sofa bed with a real mattress (140 x 190 cm), TV and Wifi.
We put at your disposal in the apartment a complete kit of bed linen and bath (up to 4 people).

Weer 2 prettige weken gehad

Vorig jaar waren we ook al in hetzelfde appartement en we hebben het weer prima gehad. Er was geschilderd en het was opgeruimder als vorig jaar. Er is nu ook een stofzuiger in plaats van een bezem met veger & blik. Ik heb weer met veel plezier gekookt en de omgeving is leuk. Ondanks het prijsverschil (!!) met vorig jaar hebben we bij aankomst een paar dingen moeten kopen voor de "eerste behoeften", bijvoorbeeld vuilniszakken (er was er zelfs geen in de afvalemmer), wc-papier en blokjes voor de vaatwasser (en eventueel wasmiddel, maar dat had ik toch al bij me). De aankomst en het vertrek was perfect. Nogmaals bedankt.

We hebben er 2 prettige weken gehad

Het appartement was voor ons ideaal gelegen, omdat het dicht bij de Inlingua-School is en zo konden we tussen de middag in het appartement lunchen. Het is ruim genoeg voor twee personen, met een goed ingerichte keuken (koelkast, diepvries, 2 ovens en voldoende pannen enz.) en een prettige wasmachine. Er zijn parkeerplaatsen voor de gasten, maar wij hebben de auto dicht bij de school geparkeerd, omdat het daar wat ruimer was. Het appartement is rustig gelegen en hoewel het op de begane grond is, voel je je er veilig en vrij. Mochten we weer frans in La Rochelle willen leren, zouden we het weer met plezier boeken.
