On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a dining area with a large table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the living room features a fireplace (wood provided). A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed opens onto an upper terrace directly connected to the street.

The second floor has two bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm bed and the other with two 110x190 cm beds.

Bed linens, towels, and household linens are provided for your comfort. Electricity consumption above 8 kWh/day will be billed at €0.25/kWh according to your meter reading.
