Our stay with Bluewater Vacation Homes was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The location of this specific property is excellent - a short walk into downtown La Jolla. Would highly recommend!

Second stay in this great family house

We were thrilled when we saw that this property was available for our trip, because we stayed here last year and it was perfect for our multi-generational family. Great location, layout of the house, easy neighborhood -- hope to stay here again!

Perfect location

The house was comfortable and great layout for a large group. The location is perfect. Walking distance to food and the beach. We will remember this place next time we are in San Diego.

Wedding weekend

La Jolla Home Away from Home

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation - clean, comfortable, great off-street parking, close to area attractions and easy check in/check out. There was plenty of room to spread out or congregate - especially in the evening on the rooftop deck! We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a home away from home - we loved it!

We had our family with 2 small kids stay the week. The house was great! Lots of space for the kids to play. Great location…walking distance to the beach and grocery. Would for sure stay again!

Perfect beach week for the family

Plenty of room for 4 couples and three kids. We brought our own air mattress for the youngest. Loved the rooftop patio for post dinner conversation and games. Easy five minute walk directly down Sea Lane to the ocean. (Tired kids managed the walk back by piggyback.) Kitchen accommodated the whole group for the week. Loved the heavy blackout shades in the large windows in the bedrooms to make sure everyone got plenty of sleep.

Great location! Walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Great stay! House was clean and the entire process was easy and stress free. Location is awesome, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The only down side is there are a few houses on the block that appear to be vacant and need to be torn down and rebuild. Other than that, perfect stay!

Great House!

Super clean house, that's just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect size, with plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and fully stocked with the essentials before you can get to a store. The host checked in with us and we had great communication. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Family Home

Great location (you can walk everywhere). And lots of room for our family. Supplies were limited but the house was wonderful so it still deserves 5 stars. One of the best houses we’ve stayed at in La Jolla. We would definitely return.

Family vacation

Property was perfect for my family. Lots of space. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and having the garage and driveway was great so didn’t have to worry about finding parking.

Great vacation with family and friends!

We had a wonderful time in this home for the week. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space. The adults loved spending evenings on the roof. Most of what we needed was within walking distance. Cafe Milano was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house

We’ve stayed in La Jolla a number of times but wanted to be sure we had a house this trip that allowed us to walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. This beautiful house is in a perfect location! The host made everything simple and easy from booking to exit. Thank you for sharing your exceptional home as we had a lovely vacation!

La Jolla Wedding

My family and I came to La Jolla for a wedding. Our house was perfect for our large group. Location is great and the house had plenty of room for all of us. Great sunsets on the top deck. Kitchen is nicely updated and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the management was available if we needed anything.

Great spacious La Jolla home in great location

The home was perfect for our group of 10 30-something year olds with 2 kids and a dog. There was ample dining and lounge space throughout the home and a lot of space for parking - 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. The home is in a great location - a few blocks from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, would visit again.

Great location, not ideal for toddlers

The location is great - walkable to the beach and restaurants. The rooms and amenities were very basic but sufficient for a short stay. We had some issues with the dishwasher, and the property manager was quick to send someone out to fix. Wouldn’t recommend with toddlers as there are wooden floors, a split level and a narrow spiral staircase, so felt a bit dangerous for them.

Lovely home blocks from the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen for family meals. The only negative was the neighbor across the street. They are not happy with renters.

La Jolla vacation

Great location to beach. Home is large and easily fit our family. Appreciated the garage door openers. Neighbor houses are a bit sketchy. Recommend providing tissue paper and shampoo in bathrooms. La Jolla is an excellent area.

Wedding Weekend

Our family was gathered together in La Jolla for my nephew’s wedding. This house was so beautiful and clean and perfect for our family. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.
