The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ocean views, an HDTV, a custom built-in closet, and an attached bathroom with new tile flooring. The second bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, custom built-in closet, and a connecting bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, a custom built-in closet, and access to a hallway bathroom.

The living room includes a fireplace and an entertainment center with an HDTV. There is a separate dining room with ocean views and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The home offers ample storage, a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and air conditioning (additional fees may apply).

Parking includes a one-car garage with space for bikes, surfboards, and storage, as well as additional street parking on a quiet street. Nearby beach access includes Tourmaline Beach and a smaller beach accessible by stairs or via the Tourmaline Surfing Park parking area.

The views were spectacular and the location perfect. The home was nicely appointed and the kitchen had what we needed for our 5 day stay. All the contacts were responsive and they checked in during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The bed in the primary was very comfortable. My friends had a less firm bed which they wished was firmer. Beds are hard to review; it depends what you like. But overall great stay!

The views from the deck and living room window can not be beat! Absolutely beautiful!! Everything was ery clean and comfortable. Communication from host was excellent! Always sent all info needed and when I had a question, they were quick to reapond!
