As you enter the main entry you will be greeted by a spacious & open floorplan, with windows galore & west facing to allow for lots of light. The living room features new furniture including a plush sofa, accent chairs, area rug, cozy gas fireplace, & beautiful wood flooring (note - bedrooms have comfy carpet flooring) to round out the space.

The yard features a large grassy lawn, outdoor seating ideal for soaking in the San Diego sun, as well as a BBQ. In addition to your rear yard is a grassy front yard, also exclusive to this unit.
