 Very nice house, south facing, comfortable and nicely decorated,
ideally located in the middle of the island, in La GuériniÚre, about 150m from the sea and 200 m from the Bois des Eloux.
Its surface area: 70 m2.
The living room opens through sliding door to the terrace south.
the kitchen is fully equipped. (oven, microwave, ceramic hob 4 fires, dishwasher ...)
The children's room: 1 bed 140 and 2 bunk beds, storage cupboard
The parents' room: 1 bed 140 and cupboard
140 beds bedding is new and high quality
The bathroom: tiled shower in the Italian and sink, washing machine, storage
WC: separate Earthenware
Equipment
The house is equipped with: washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, flat screen TV, CD player, barbecue, 2 deck chairs, coffee table, table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with: dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

With 83 kms of groomed trails, the island is a paradise for cyclists, big and small, especially since it is full of secret places to explore by bike

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr schöne entspannte Ferien braucht. Sie Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse sind fĂŒr Tag und Nacht sehr komfortabel. Bad super.Die Ausstattung weist einzelne kleine UnzulĂ€nglichkeiten auf (z.B CD Spieler funktioniert nicht), was unsere Freude nicht beeintrĂ€chtigt hat.Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin klappt hervorragend.

Maison agréable dans l'ensemble mais plage pour baignade assez loin (voiture ou vélo)
Jolie maison bien entretenue à l'intérieur.
Par contre, on est obligé de passer par la salle d'eau pour aller aux toilettes ! tout va bien pour 2 personnes mais pour 6 ????
Dans la cuisine, les poëles seraient à changer.
A l'extĂ©rieur, impossible d'orienter le parasol. Le soir on a le soleil dans les yeux pour diner....mĂȘme si on change la table de place.
Vérifier aussi les lumiÚres extérieures et la prise de courant. Egalement la fermeture du portail qui n'a pas de serrure : il faut passer le doigt dans la targette !!! difficile de l'extérieur...
Bonne note pour les produits d'entretien Ă disposition, sac poubelle et papier WC.
Par contre mauvaise note pour la plage Ă 150m. Il faut prĂ©ciser que ce n'est pas une plage pour la baignade mais uniquement pour la pĂȘche car il y a des algues et rochers Ă marĂ©e basse. A marĂ©e haute, elle n'est pas accessible. La plage la plus proche est accessible en voiture ou en vĂ©lo.
Enfin les voisins sont assez bruyants et gare Ă leur barbecue sauvage, Ă mĂȘme le sable dans leur jardin.
Sinon belles promenades sur l'ile, marchés attrayants et calme la journée.
