Staff was excellent, very hospitable. Stacy,Justin, David and Jaqueline are who I spoke with usually and they were all terrific! Only downside was my standard for cleanliness. The room was decent but not all the way clean and there was a smell in the shower and near toilets but I guess that’s how it is and the plumbing over there. But also there were water marks and hair in the shower wall, the glass cups weren’t clean they were dusty with stains on them I was pretty disappointed when I first arrived but overall I enjoyed my stay due to the staff and the warm inviting ambiance they have provided. I would recommend the hotel to people I know but the cleanliness would have to be better. If it’s worth anything the housekeepers were lovely as well it was just the standard for myself and the upkeep of the place

Customer service was always amazing, there were so many different hot tubs at different heats, the pool was large and heated with a swim up bar, and they had a cold plunge. The view from the room was great of the volcano.

Clean rooms, beautiful volcano view from balcony. Excellent service from all staff, and attentive security. The pools were very relaxing and a wide variety of tempratures. The breakfast had a great selection of local favourites. Our only negative was the massage; it wasn't quite up to what we were expecting for the cost. However overall would recommend this hotel.

The thermal pools were great. The staff were fantastic and very customer service oriented. We appreciated how most staff could speak English to help us with our stay as we are still learning Spanish and they didn’t hold that against us.
