The family bungalow was clean but old but reasonable for the price. The stairs to the upper floor was steep and the steps huge and I wouldn't recommend it for small children. The bungalow had aircon but only on the top level, though the bottom floor would be cold after a while. No mozzie screens in front of windows, and doors wouldnt close a 100%. Small fridge in the room but electric kettle and cups only available after request. Room cleani g and change of towels only available after request. The breakfast is very basic but the staff is very very friendly. Pool area is great and although the location is in the middlenof Kuta, it is very quiet and peaceful. 10 minute walk to the beach through Poppy's Lane and felt very safe. But what really really stood out is the Flow Beauty Spa which is located within the hotel grounds: Don't bother going anywhere else this is absolutely the best Spa for massages of any kind and facials! Prices are very cheap and staff is professional and know their trade. Absolutely a must, book in advance, you won't be dissapointed!!

Great staff; simple breakfast (but the woman made it early for me -- very nice, polite and accommodating staff.. ). Good location - short walk to the beach. Depending on my needs, I will gladly stay again as it is very affordable.

You get what you pay for and this suited us fine for a short stay in Kuta. Clean rooms with a bed and shower. Good airconditioning. Breakfast is eggs, toast and fruit. Staff were lovely. Pool was very nice. Close to everything in Kuta. No complaints at all at this price point.

Everything in Bali seemed dirty, the walls the floor all blackened. maybe it's a climatic condition. But at least the room was clean and I appreciated that. A better shower would have been good. Even a shower curtain would be nice.

Suji Bungalow for the modest traveller

Very basic hotel. Very clean but old. Only one power outlet. Totally inadequate with modern phone and device charging necessities. Wifi adequate. Staff all extremely helpful and pleasant. Bathroom has a shower/bath. No good for the elderly or anyone with any mobility or infirmity issues. Breakfast is literally, coffee, toast and an egg. Very convenient to local shops,cafes and not too far from the beach. Maybe 1km. Or so.

Did Once Never Again

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property was in poor condition, with lizards, cockroaches, a dirty washroom, a broken staircase, leaking pipes, snails, ant bites, and an unpleasant odor—all seemingly included at no extra cost. If this is your idea of value for money, then you might consider staying here. We visited as a family of five, including three children, and unfortunately, our youngest was bitten by an insect—possibly an ant—on the eye while sleeping, which caused us a great deal of distress. The reception staff were unhelpful; whenever we raised concerns, they would simply smile without taking any action to resolve the issues. The breakfast was average, but the kitchen staff member was kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. The swimming pool, when cleaned, was decent. Overall, our experience was terrible, and we will never be returning.

we had a room next to the laundry and at 6 am every morning the washing machine would start and could hear the noise of the motor going all day. room 19. other than that good stay and handy to everything.

Very old property, in need of serious renovations.the bungalow has AC only upstairs,so if you are sleeping on the main floor there is only a fan.bring your own toiletries wherever you are staying, as some places don't provide the basics,( soap, shampoo). This place had soap.the breakfast was good and the pool was clean.As with everything in Bali, there is a hidden fee for everything. if you want to play pool at the pool table in the lobby, you have to pay. If you want fruits for breakfast, you have to pay extra.
