They helped me plan my stay in Kunming and I got to visit all the interesting spots in Kunming. The cleaning lady noticed that i did not have a pad for my mouse and she got one for me, very observant and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and with beautiful garden. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed, spotlessly clean, with beautiful gardens and close to a big lake. It was a wonderful place. Natalie Ng"
