From the moment we arrived, we were amazed. You first walk through these fancy automatic doors and then you're greeted by almost everyone you walk by. The customer service was outstanding. They made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The room was surprisingly very spacious and clean. It comfortably accommodated the three of us, which isn't always easy to find in Japan. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into planning and maintaining the space. Location wise, the property couldn’t be more convenient. It’s just steps away from public transportation, making it super easy to get around. Amenities were another big highlight. The gym was a great bonus and the shared community shower was clean and such a nice experience even for someone like my son and I who was initially hesitant and uncomfortable about bathing with others. For those of you not from Japan, the community shower is similar to an onsen but it's just plain hot water instead of mineral water. I also appreciated that they held our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which made traveling easier. There’s even a nice restaurant and open garden on the same floor. And don’t forget the balcony, the view was beautiful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service in one package! It truly felt like a 5 star hotel just much more affordable.
