Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. So peaceful to walk around near boats cruise and the buffet breakfast is amazing. However the hotel bathroom is dirty needs cleaning and maintenance. Could see moulds everywhere.

Disappointing

Not impressed at all, considering they try and sell themselves as a luxurious place. When I arrived staff turned their nose up at me, I felt they thought I was in the wrong place with a backpack on me. Checking in was smooth, but didnt see the staff smile or even look at me. The room itself was okay, nice size and comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed which was annoying. I feel it needs abit of TLC generally, as some things are worn. There was also dirt in the bed side tables and the sheets had a tear in them. I also asked for late check out which I happily paid for, however halfway throughiut the day my card stopped working. I went down and they sorted it quickly but no apology and again seemed dismissive. Further to that, I later had housekeeping come into my room asking why I hadnt checked out. I dont know why the late check out wasnt communicated to them? Overall, Wouldnt recommend and not very impressed.

I checked in at 8pm and given a room on the 7th floor. There were multiple cockroaches in the room. I spoke with reception and the lady was lovely but she said there was no manager on site to deal with the issue.

Great breakfast. There is nothing around the hotel unless you take a Grab and take a 10-15-minute ride to the mall. The view from the room is great. Front desk - some are great and helpful, but others could be cold.

Worst experience checking in ever.

Checkin took nearly two hours. We finally reached the counter at 6pm and was told our room was still not ready! We missed out on a swim because the pool closed at 7! Whilst waiting we purchased two bottles of water and was charged twice the price of room service. Once in the room the shower did not drain, the carpet was stained and dirty and the room smelt of cheap freshener trying to cover up the issue.

Second stay, Convenient location for me, short grab ride from train station to/from airport. Not a lot around within walking distance, hotel restaurant is good. The separately operated rooftop bar has great views, but really really need to expand beer selection.
