The staff were really helpful amazing customer service and very welcoming the shopping was literally right next to us which helped the pool was amazing alongside the jacuzzi the room was clean,Only downside was that their was no clean my room sign other than that it was an incredible experience thank you for your service.

The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.
