The room has a smell though is acceptable. You will get used to it after staying inside for sometimes 😁 The issue is the air con was not able to adjust the temperature and the wind speed.

The hotel located very close to the Bukit Bintang station and it’s shopping malls. The room itself it’s new, and has unique bathroom. They clean the room tidy. But on The negative side are there’s no mini fridge & the AC in the room aren’t cold even I put it on the lowest 18’ still warm. But overall still a pleasant stay.

We stayed just for one night so I wasn’t bothered by the noise and crowds just outside this hotel. But I wouldn’t want to stay here for longer than one night. The room was very dark for my liking but it was Close to the train station, stores and restaurants. A good place specially for those who enjoys the nightlife.

Busy Tourist Area But Good Soundproofing

MOV is in the noisy Bukit Bintang area of KL that offers overpriced food / drinks, and other "services" The hotel is fairly modern with a bright lobby and helpful / friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool isn't designed for swimming given it's size, but rather a quick cool down dip. No restaurant but free coffee/tea available by reception as well as snacks. Well located to get around by foot to many features of the city

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at MOV Hotel (!4th March - 25th March 2025) the staff from every department were just so polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. My room was very clean and comfortable, safety is a priority with the main door being manned 24/7. The hotel to me was quirky and different from most hotels and fun to stay in. The hotel location is perfect and not far (or just a Grab ride (like Uber) to wherever you want to explore) and an easy walk to the city centre - The Malaysian hospitality of the staff (who were always smiling) made my stay memorable. Will definitely be my hotel choice and will definitely be back without a doubt. Thank you MOV Hotel - 5 stars.

No place to put any clothes. (Partially unpack). Forced to live out of suitcase. Replace desk with unit of drawers below and cabinets above and incorporate a desk top in between. Doesn’t have to be deep. This would be a more useful use of the available space

The room itself was a good size, however there was no dresser or nightstand. We had to live out of our suitcases. Poor use of the room space. There were no hand towels. Every day we had to request them. No dining in the hotel, only coffee in the lobby. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel in the future.
