Absolutely everything we received from the warm welcome to our lovely farewell this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is luxury, beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Roof top bar is luxury, view is amazing. Rooms are enormous too. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

EQ KL is a great 5 star hotel amd is very convenient for shopping and food with many great dining options nearby. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Traffic around the hotel can be quite congested at peak times so if you go somewhere by car factor some extra time in peak hour. Planning to stay there again on our next KL trip.

The staffs there were very inpatient to guests, yesterday morning around 940am, the staff in spa room asked us to get out immediately because it was not the time, the door was opened at that time, we can understand but when I asked him about earlier reservation , he told me no reservation , cant order earlier , very rude attitude , I think hotel should train the staffs more.

EQ Kuala Lumpur completely blew me away. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Everything from the sleek lobby to the stylish rooms felt five-star and beyond. But what set this stay apart for me was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel at 10 a.m., and without even asking, they gave us an early check-in—no extra charge, no questions asked. On the day of our departure, they also offered us a late check-out, and even helped coordinate reliable driving services for us during our stay. That level of service is rare, and it made everything so much smoother. The room itself was super spacious and perfect for a group. We stayed in a double queen room, and it comfortably fit four people. It never felt cramped, which is such a win when traveling with others. The location is also unbeatable just steps away from Pavilion Mall and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere. Now let me talk about the room service because it deserves a moment of its own. Honestly, hats off to the chef. I ordered breakfast five days out of the seven I was there, and every meal (including lunch and dinner) was fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly. It’s the best room service food I’ve ever had, hands down. Plus, it was affordable which you can’t say about most hotels of this caliber.
