Unsafe, dirty, tired and overpriced.

Where to start, we turned up and there was damage on the walls everywhere, there was open halls in the walls with electrics exposed as the plug sockets have been removed. This was a big concern with three young children. The floors has not been vacuumed and all of the cutlery etc was dirty. The worst of all though was the lack of security. As we were putting the children to bed one night, we were interrupted by complete straingers who had managed to obtain a key to the apartment and believed that they were staying there. We didnt feel safe for the whole of the holiday. When we raised our concerns we were met with awful customer service. The administrator told us that we must be mistaken, as if we imagined the whole thing! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I think the term luxury apartment is a definite overstatement. The apartment was overall fine and the location was good however the bedding linens were old and shabby, the cleanliness was lacking (dust and cobwebs- especially in the big bathroom) and we received worn hand towels that were to be used as bath towels.

Weekend place for a group of friends

Large apartment within walking distance to old city. The place fulfills well the needs for a group of friends accomodation over the weekend. In November the place was quite chilly when entering, but got warmer over the stay. Ok price/quality ratio for a group of 5.
