Short family mini break

A short family mini break, we had an executive suite which was very spacious and had a separate room with 2 single beds and a lounge area with a sofa bed. There was a small fridge and free to use safe and a very large bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was a 20 minute walk to the main Market Square and was local to a number of restaurants, supermarkets, pastry shops etc and a small 5 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was very clean. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel

The hotel staff are very helpful, with the rooms being more than adequate (We stayed as a couple & requested a high level room, which we were given on floor 5) The hotel is in a great location that is about 10-15 minute walk from the main square. Food & drink aplenty in the vicinity, both cheap & cheerful, or more up market if you want. Wide choice of food too with traditional polish, Italian, Indian, burgers or steaks all in the Jewish quarter which is literally 5mins from the hotel. Also quite a few supermarkets in the immediate area if you wanted a snack/beer/wine. I have read some previous reviews which commented on the intermittent wi-fi, but that wasn’t my experience as I had uninterrupted wi-fi for the 5 days we were there. All in all, a lovely hotel which I would highly recommend.

This was incredible value and really just fine as a base in the magnificent city and a great location. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and my room was a pretty cramped room on the 5th floor, but it was clean and the service was good.

Mini break in Krakow

A great hotel very spacious room pleasant and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast choices. The hotel is situated a short walk from Old Town and is close to a number of good restaurants in the Jewish quarter. The hotel is very quiet has air conditioning and tea making facilities. Overall an excellent mini break spent here

Well located hotel adjacent to Kazmierz. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped with directions to various p;aces in Krakow, and provided good information on the tram and bus lines. A full breakfast buffet is included with eggs, fruit, cheese and meat, and plenty of coffee. It also included items like pickles and olives. I don’t usually eat pickles for breakfast, but I enjoyed them nonetheless. We had a very comfortable stay here.

Nice hotel good location

Easy access to city centre tram stops are within walking distance. Excellent services from front desk staff especially to the young lad (didn't get the chance to ask his name) who was on duty on the day we checked in. Moderate breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the lift was malfunctioned on several occasions and we ended up using the stairs instead (our room was on the top floor 😣)

Good location...

A decent hotel in a good location. Rooms were just big enough. Shower water temp was intermittent hot going cool even after we reported this to reception. An overall good short stay though.

Excellent hotel, super clean and comfy bed. Room 102 hardly picks up the WiFi signal though. Thankfully this pushed out of our room more and we were exploring Krakow all the time! We would stay here again and ask for a room with better WiFi.
