I appreciate the customer approach of a women in the reception. She was very kind and helpful. I also appreciated really good mattress and pilows!! I slept like a baby 😁. I would recommend refurbishing the interior looks a little bit old.

This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay. The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception. The room furniture was a little data but the bed sheets were pure white and the bed so comfortable. There were tea coffee and water available in the room. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely, very modern and the shower was very good, with two different level showers heads, and easy to use. The breakfast each morning was very good, mostly cold foods and continental with a few hot items. There was a very wide choice available and the breakfast room was lovely, very quirky. Even though breakfast was from 8.00 am, reception staff arranged for us to go to breakfast at 7.30 as we had early 8am starts each day. We really appreciated that. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Made the right choice booking Eden Hotel. I am not a fan of large chain hotels and prefer some history and character. Eden had this. The old Jewish quarter is wonderful and so glad I picked. Family room really large with 3 beds 1 in separate room. Staff nice but out so much did not have lots of interaction.

We stayed at Hotel Eden for one night on the 5th June 2025. The hotel is inside an old building within the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Our room, on the first floor, was compact with essentially space for a double bed and a bathroom. The room was clean and well presented with a view over a dining courtyard. Some hotels can be very noisy in large cities, but our stay was very peaceful and quiet which we appreciated. Breakfast for 2 was included within our price and this was an excellent selection of Polish and continental cuisine. There was also facility to leave your luggage while you go and visit Krakow. Overall, a very pleasant albeit short stay at the hotel and great value for money.

Lovely quirky hotel!!

This hotel was in a great position in the Jewish quarter. It was an easy walk into the centre of Krakow market square. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

It was a great location, very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great. The hotel setup our Auschwitz tour and kindly provided us with a hearty lunch to take. Food area right beside the hotel. The only issue we had was that the room was slightly warm, but in fairness we never talked to the front desk about it so possibly our problem.
