Lovely room and very clean, only slight niggle was the AC didn't seem very cold and the shower head in the fab shower had seen better days but this didn't spoil our stay in any way. The hotel staff were also very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Lastly in a great spot for exploring the very beautiful city of Krakow.

The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to old town square. Loads of fantastic restaurants nearby. We stayed 4 nights. After 2 days we discovered our toilet was leaking so they immediately moved us to the room next door. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Despite some refurbishment being done to the grounfloor area, it did not impact on guests. My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast could be improved somewhat. The biggest plus is that the hotel is only minutes from the square. I should also praise the hotel staff for their helpful nature.
