The grounds, infinitely pool and staff were outstanding! The room was…basic. We were provided two bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags. But honestly, for the price I didn’t expect much. I would say this though: the sheets seemed like they could use an upgrade, as there were some light stains and hairs found in the bed. But-amazing location, great pool and incredible staff out-weigh some of the minor things.

On the whole a very AGED resort but the gardens & surrounds are kept clean & tidy. The apartments were average & the towels etc definitely need to be replaced! The balcony was NOT cleaned the whole time we were there......

superb view , on top of a steep hill but the buggy’s took you up to the room , infinity pool was really good and had a poolside restaurant and bar . receptionists weren’t the most helpful and initially lied about the hotel being fully booked when asking for a late check out .

Great location as close to beach but a bit off the main road in Au Nang. Fab pool with gorgeous views. Staff nice. Room was fine. Beds comfortable. Only complaint was the A/C was quite loud. Did not eat breakfast at property.

This hotel was the best we have stayed in thailand. It was in the middle of the town yet quiet. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. Staff was friendly. Pool had an amazing view. Only bad thing the towels they give you to take to the pool are not real towels and are very thin. Other than that our stay at this place was worth every penny.

Really nice staff, beautiful views and the transfer service around the resort is great. Check in and out were very easy and there’s room to store your bags. Gym is small but functional. The overall location is right in the middle of the action but set back so it’s still quiet. Only let down is for the price would have expected better quality of toiletries provided and you are unable to borrow things like irons that most hotels would provide to each room. Room also felt a bit plain and lacking in decor.

Property is beautiful and clean. Staff are amazing and friendly. Location is right in the center of everything, but rooms are up on a hill so you have great views and quiet. I would say this location is perfect.

Would stay again as clean and in a great location.

The location was great and close to the beach. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The view from the top pool was spectacular and worth the ride up. The bar staff didn't seem to want to give us towels and when we asked for them were given pieces of cloth instead. I was asked to give the wet "towel" back before leaving the area so I had to go back to my room in wet bathers. The breakfast wasn't very good but there's a nice cafe to the right when exiting the resort that opens at 8am. We ate there every morning. There's a backpackers across the road and we went to the bar which was fun. Our cleaner was lovely and very good. Some of the other staff weren't friendly. The property is very steep and unless you like walking up steep hills you will need to wait for a cart to take you up to your room. We had a nice room at the base of the hill. Would stay there again and ask for a room at the bottom. Stayed 6 nights.

Despite being on the Ao Nang road it was set back from the road and was really quiet & we had a relaxing stay. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful, dining options were pricy compared to restaurants in the area, swimming pool and other facilities were fabulous - it would be great to have some in-house entertainment. Minimal gym equiptment but we still had a great workout!!
