Mediocre, especially in the Harbour Plaza family. Lobby desperately needs an overhaul, wall to wall people every day waiting to check out or check in. Staff seemed stressed and bothered by questions. Room was small, lacking in standard items (closet space was inadequate, nowhere to put suitcase, or clothing, so I had the floor covered by my suitcase and most of my clothing, no iron or ironing board). Disappointing overall and not nearly worth the price.

Kowloon Hotel Hong Kong

The Kowloon hotel is right in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui with an underground link to the West rail and Tsuen Wan MTR line. There is a very large restaurant serving nice breakfast. Good for both visitors and business travellers.
