Nuestro lujoso Penthouse en la playa de Naufragios de 1 bd y 2 ba, con piscina climatizada, es el retiro perfecto para la luna de miel. El Penthouse tiene vista a la playa de Naufragios y sus famosos lugares de surf, a 50 pies del Pacífico y a 50 metros de la playa de Naufragios y al Grand Hyatt, en la costa sur de Kauai. Nuestro amplio y privado penthouse frente al mar, de un solo piso, cuenta con una hermosa área de sala de estar, comedor y cocina a medida y muebles cómodos. Nuestra suite principal frente al mar se completa con una cama tamaño king, sábanas finas y un baño completo con una ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos personalizados. Nuestra amplia terraza frente al mar (lanai) es perfecta para cenas privadas, tomar el sol, leer y observar las estrellas.  Imagina el suave sonido del surf 24-7. Y, nuestro Penthouse se completa con el segundo baño completo para su conveniencia.

Lo que me encanta de esta impresionante propiedad es sus espectaculares vistas y el sonido relajante y constante de las olas que crea la privacidad que cada pareja anhela.  Me imagino sentado con mi café todas las mañanas hipnotizado por el surf, sin ganas de moverme.  El corto paseo de Shipwrecks Beach, un divertido bodyboard y surf, y el Grand Hyatt y sus restaurantes y Anara Spa es una ventaja definitiva.

Nuestro privado Penthouse en la playa de Naufragios está ubicado en el último piso del único y codiciado edificio de tres pisos frente a la playa de un pequeño complejo residencial de lujo frente al mar. Por lo tanto, podrá disfrutar de acceso a su piscina cerrada climatizada, o no.  Tu decides.  La piscina se encuentra en el extremo más alejado de la propiedad, por lo que no te molestará de ninguna manera.

HDTV / DVD / WIFI / Tel incluido.   Una parrilla de barbacoa de gas Weber se encuentra en el área de la piscina.

Wonderful

Totally loved our stay here! A beautiful setting, beautiful views out on the private lanai, wonderful sounds, and a great place to stay! Just keep in mind it is up 3 flights of stairs, but that was not an issue at all for us! Would absolutely stay here again!

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

We loved our stay! The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and we so appreciated the beach chairs and mat for our use. Do note that the kitchen has all of the appliances, cookware, plates, etc, but there are no seasonings (including salt and pepper) or cooking oils so grab some at the Safeway on your way in if you intend to cook!

It was such a beautiful view and so close to the ocean that we felt like we were right on the beach.

Close to Popui shopping village with nice restaurants and souvenirs. The property host was very responsive to our needs. So fun. We hope to come again.

Better than advertised

This place has everything you want in a Kauai condo especially the oceanfront view with a huge lanai. Everything you need from the kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. If you are considering any other place and this is available you are missing out.

Location, Location, Location

Wonderful stay. Decor and some hardware are getting a little tired (salt air) but that’s not why you are there. Ocean sounds and views are very special. Be warned three flights of stairs (no elevator) if you have any movement impediments. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and view

Great place to stay in Kauai. South is a great central location, and you can’t beat the views at this place. Kitchen and condo is well stocked. Loved the beach chairs, towels, and 2 coolers. Only drawback was no A/C. We had no wind our first 2 days and nearly perished from the heat.

Very Beautiful Rental

Great location! Awesome view from the large patio that covers the living area as well as bedroom. Beach chairs and cooler were very handy. We brought way too many clothes and still used the washer and dryer and provided detergent. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided here. Always had parking available. Definitely going to stay here again.

Shipwreck Beach Penthouse - Awesome Condo!

The property and location were absolutely awesome! Having stayed there previously, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and the views are simply amazing. I would highly recommend leaving at least one morning's worth of coffee, as I had to trek to Starbuck's at 5:30am on our first morning (until we could get to the grocery store). Other than that, amenities were great, including bathroom and cooking needs. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for rest and relaxation. We will return next year!

The best of everything

Everyone warned us to expect a little rain while in Kauai...well rain it did; 10+ inches in a day! Not to worry with this beautiful condo, the porch is deep enough to sit and watch a storm. Absolutely fantastic view, and so close to the ocean you can enjoy the roar! Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location and expertly provisioned accommodation! Would definately return to this property, i cant believe there is anything better on the island, as we did drive the entire island!

Shhhhhh..... no one should know about this place.

For those of us who have stayed here, we should keep this a closely held secret! Sunrises are stupendous! Great pool, outdoor grills, easy parking, lots of friendly old folks (like us). Location is terrific, walk to Grand Hyatt for dinner, 4-minute walk to beach, elevated view of whale performances. Unit is spacious, well supplied, comfortable, clean. Prop Mgrs. are responsive and helpful. To those considering this place, be forewarned, there are 32 steps up and down w no elevator (got a huge suitcase? good luck with that), no A/C in living area, no view of sunset, only sunrise that will overwhelm you, dozens of hungry birds cackling, friendly neighbors you might not want to talk to, shopping over 1 MILE away! We want to stay here longer and need your week. Thanks for reading this "review"!

Breath taking views

We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt next door many times, but we always looked at this place when we would take walks and commented how nice it would be to stay there. When I saw it on VRBO we decided to give it a try. AMAZING place. The views are incredible and the breeze that comes through if you open all the windows is enough to keep the place cool. I was a little worried it would get warm on the 3rd floor, but that was not an issue. The place had everything that you needed in the kitchen as far as pots, pans and dishes. It would be nice if they had some spices there since that is something you don’t really want to buy for a one time use. They did have salt and pepper but that was all. Our daughter and her family stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was so nice to have a place for them to come and eat meals.

overall a great place to stay and would consider returning. AC in primary bedroom a definite benefit. notes: - 3rd floor accessed by stairs only - no basic cooking supplies beyond salt and pepper so you'll need to bring/buy your own. - cooking tools, etc are quite good - we even made use of the rice cooker 👏

Simply Beautiful!

This was a great place and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which can make getting too difficult if you have a lot of luggage, but it is completely worth it. Walking distance to a couple beaches and only a short drive to some great shopping centers. Also a great base camp if you plan on doing anything with the Na Pali Coast or Waimea Canyon / Kokee State Park. It is a bit of a trek to the East Coast and even further to the North side, but worth every penny if you are planning anything for the South / West side of the island.

Beautiful view from lanai

View from condo is spectacular, it was very clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable, building was well taken care of and in a quiet location.We enjoyed our stay but feel that it should be noted in description that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to condo and no elevator - getting luggage and groceries up was difficult but not impossible.
