Commanding View of the Sunny Poipu Oceanscape, where luxury & lush surroundings await you at our Poipu Beach Condo! Spectacular Ocean View, 2-story, non-smoking condominium, has over 1200 interior sq. ft. as well as 3 private lanais. It's perfect for one family, or 2 couples. This Poipu Beach condo is located in lush grounds that remind guests of a tropical botanical garden. Our condo is decorated with a Hawaiian theme, modern yet Island feel. A fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, or adjacent is the BBQ area. A 55" TV in the living room with cable and DVD, and free WIFI so you can stay connected. Master bedroom has a flat panel LCD TV. The condo has a powerful A/C the keep the whole condo cool and comfortable.
The Nihi Kai Villas are a short walk to the beach, but are located ocean front. There are tennis courts, a pool and BBQ areas available to guests.
Restaurant at Poipu Shopping Village are a short walk away for award winning food.
We counted 120 paces to the ocean from our condo, and a few more to Brennecke Beach.

Nihi Kai 804 is situated just steps from the ocean, and Brennecke Beach is a few yards further. This is a great boogie boarding beach. Another few yards and you will come to Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach was voted #1 beach in the U.S.A. by The Travel Channel. It offers swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, playground, restaurant, ice cream shop, surf shop and a baby beach, all within easy walking distance of #804.
Just up the road is The Poipu Shopping Village, where you will find various shops, and some great restaurants. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm there is a great Polynesian Show in the courtyard. One of our favorite restaurants is Keoki's Paradise, which has a great selection of food. The Old Town of Koloa is a couple of miles down the road, and offers a quaint look back in time, and is home to stores and more restaurants. Further down is Spouting Horn state park, and the arboretum, which are both free to visit.
