An ideal location in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over five minute walk to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. Unit 403 is just over 300 feet from the shore with a gorgeous view of the Pacific from the private lanai. The two bedroom, two bath condo can accommodate up to 4 people.
From 2020 onward, the condo features full house air conditioning for your comfort. From January 2023 onwards the condo has a completely brand new kitchen and living room upstairs.
The condo is fully ready for use with towels, bedding, kitchen supplies (no food of course) and a full kitchen (stove, oven, sink, fridge etc and everything you need to prepare and eat food), beach towels/chairs/toys etc. The condo has a king bed (bedroom one), two twins (bedroom two). There are two full bathrooms connected one to each bedroom. The deck/patio has a view of the palm trees and the grounds of the condo site but more importantly, the ocean! Table and chairs to sit on the deck and enjoy the breeze or dinner and the sunset. The patio table upfront can accommodate four adults for dinner.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit (hallway closet off master bedroom) to freshen up your clothes or towels of the unit throughout the week. There is no daily maid service but for stays in excess of three weeks a freshen up clean will be provided mid stay, complementary. You may purchase this same service (single mid stay cleaning) for $200 on shorter stay if you wish.
The BBQ is just about 50 steps from the unit and covered so it's convenient even if it's raining a little. The BBQ is gas so you just turn a knob and soon it's hot! Most people make a trip early in the vacation to Costco or the grocery store and buy enough food for their time at the condo.
Nihi Kai, the property the condo is located on, has a gorgeous pool within steps of the ocean and tennis courts for all to use. Nihi Kai boasts a well manicured property maintained by a full time staff. We love the site because my family goes on walks together several times a day in Poipu and our condo is just steps from a number of good "starting points" for a walk.
