Our beautiful newly furnished luxury Condo is finest located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brenneckes and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

The condo was super clean and a great location to near by beaches and activities. The parking was tricky if you have several cars and finding the condo itself was difficult the first time, it's located in the back of the building. No elevator but we had a great stay! I would recommend the stay for family and friends!

Great location, clean and well suited for our three generation party of ten. With four children the in-suite laundry was appreciated. The included “beach stuff” meant we didn’t lack for anything on our beach expeditions. (The beach full of turtles was an unexpected bonus!)

Best rental experience we’ve had yet! The owner, Jennifer, communicated very well throughout the process and was very responsive even after check-in. There were some burned out lightbulbs in the unit and she had them replaced immediately. The unit itself is well kept and has all the necessary kitchen amenities that allowed us to cook all of our meals, including basic spices, without issue. I would book with Jennifer again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time in this very spacious and comfortable condo. The large kitchen easily accommodated three or four cooks and the beach equipment ensured that we all had a great time at the water, which was less than a 10-minute walk. The place was great. There was some dim lighting in some of the rooms and bathrooms, but it was in really good condition overall. Our biggest complaint is that it wasn't clear to us that one of the bedrooms could only be accessed through one of the other bedrooms (can that even be considered a bedroom)? Normally this wouldn't be an issue with children sleeping in that bedroom, but we had four couples and so it was a big turn off for the two couples that ended up upstairs.
