Poipu / Brenneckes Beach House is a, three - four bedroom ocean view vacation house.
Located across from the Poipu Beach Park in the heart of Poipu, Kauai - this two story house features large bay windows, two large lanais (sun decks ) and a 65 inch T.V. entertainment system.

Being split level it's like having two separate places, but you are all in one house. Forget about being in a small hotel room or getting a connecting room with no space.

This house is 2,500 square feet. Lots of room for everyone. Just steps - 100 feet away from the beach. No packing the car, getting everyone together and then forgetting something. You just pick up your towel and go. If you forget something, it's only steps back. Someone wants to go home and eat. No problem, steps away. Convenience makes this house the relaxing vacation for you and everyone you travel with. Don't feel like going out for dinner, BBQ on the balcony and dine under the stars. Save money and the headache of getting everyone ready to go for breakfast. Just have breakfast on the lanai (balcony) and sooth your morning to the beautiful colors of the ocean while the ocean waves relax your mind and body. The absolute perfect location in Kauai! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops, the best beaches across the street. This property is wonderful for families. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach that has both a calm bay on one side and the waves on the other. It’s perfect for toddlers and teenagers. The host is very responsive and friendly. The master bedroom and bathroom are large and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

This location is a dream, and the house is spacious, super comfortable, and has AC! We loved our time here so much. The view of the water never got old, and it was so nice being less than a five minute walk from Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, and Brennecke’s Grill. If we ever return to south shore this is the only house we’d stay in!

Great house right by Poipu and Brennecke's beach. Outdoor shower is super nice for getting the sand off after playing in the waves all day. Close to lots of places to eat. House is well put together, AC works really well.

Plenty of room upstairs and down for sleeping, baths, and living area. Lanai was great for just hanging out and looking out over the ocean. Poipu Beach right across the street with excellent turtle watching and snorkeling, which we did every day. Steve, our host, was always accessible and great to work with.
