The space
Welcome to my stylish 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace and sea view of the Ko Samui Bay area.

It is located at the Replay residence and condominium, which is a private and guarded area, and it is one of the best-located and most spacious apartment choices within the complex featuring a 60 sqm and a terrace with a dining area with a sea view.

The bedroom features a large King-size bed with direct terrace access. It is equipped with a living room, TV, and a large wardrobe space. It is separate from the living area in a suite-style apartment.

The ensuite bathroom is where the wardrobe area is. It also includes a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom amenities.

The living room contains a Sofa living area, another TV, and a kitchenette with all of the necessary cooking equipment and utensils to have a stay-at-home dinner either indoors or outdoors on the private balcony.
