"The hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The location, the seating area between the pool and the beach, the observatory, and the overall atmosphere were fantastic. The bartenders were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food. The only disappointing part was the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. We found potato chips, plastic pieces, and even a bra insert/silicone pad on the floor. Since we were traveling with our dog, we had to clean the room ourselves immediately because we were worried he might eat something that could be dangerous. Other than that, we had a great experience. It’s a lovely hotel, and with better attention to room cleanliness, it would have been an excellent stay."
